"Our students are already immersed in the digital space. They need advocacy to emerge as leaders in industries that will be influenced by future technology."

BWS Youth Tech Street Academy was built for families who know the system wasn't designed with their child in mind. Homeschooling is one of the most powerful acts of cultural reclamation — and pairing it with Web3, AI, and DAO skills is one of the most powerful investments you can make in your child's future. We built this package specifically for you.

Common Questions
FAQ

Do I need to be tech-savvy to facilitate this program?
Not at all. The parent guide is written in plain language with step-by-step instructions for every activity. The BWS video walkthroughs walk you through each module before you deliver it. If you can run a family meeting, you can run Tech Week.
What age range is this designed for?
We recommend ages 11–18 (middle and high school). The content is adaptable — younger motivated students can participate with more parental support, and older students can go deeper into the Web3 and DAO concepts.
How much time does each module take?
Each module is designed for 2.5–3 hours. Most families run one module per week, making this a 5-week program. You can spread it across multiple days or run it in a single session — the structure is flexible for homeschool schedules.
What AI tools do students use and are they safe?
Students use tools like Canva, Scratch, Flipgrid, Padlet, and ChatGPT — all widely used in educational settings. The parent setup guide includes age-appropriate configuration instructions and privacy settings for every tool. Parents are always in control of what their student accesses.
Can I use this for a homeschool co-op with families from different backgrounds?
Absolutely — and in fact, the Community Track is stronger with diverse families. The CR-RTI framework is built on honoring every student's cultural identity. The ethnography and storytelling modules become richer when students bring different perspectives to the table.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. Contact us at info@bwsyouthtech.com and we'll work with you. For co-ops, we also recommend splitting the $1,497 Community Track cost across participating families — at 10 families that's just $150 per family for the year.
